Flights
|
Flights are available direct to the Sunshine Coast via Sydney and Melbourne.
If you are unable to book via these destinations then Brisbane is the closest
airport to the venue. Brisbane Airport is about 100 kilometers from the Sunshine
Coast and takes about 1.5 hrs to drive. It is your responsibility to take care
of any travel arrangements.

Visa
|
International visitors to the RAAA Convention will require a visa or electronic travel
authority. It is your responsibility to ensure documentation is correct and complete
before you commence your travel. Information on obtaining a visa or an electronic travel

Insurance
|
Participants carry their own risk for personal injury or loss of property, including baggage, during the convention.
The RAAA strongly recommends that, at the time of booking your travel, you take out a travel insurance policy. This policy should take into account loss or damage to personal property, and financial loss incurred through disruption to accommodation or travel arrangements due to business failures, strikes or other industrial action.

Commission Disclosure
The Convention Manager receives a commission directly from the venue for all
accommodation booked at the venue. We understand this is a percentage of the
room fee payable by the guest. The RAAA does not receive any of this commission
as the arrangement is between the venue and the Convention Manager.
