We enjoyed an outstanding 2009 Convention. Highlights included the awarding of Honorary (Life) Membership to Stephen Padgett, excellent addresses by the Chairman, President and CEO of Cessna Aircraft, Jack Pelton, the CEO of Jeppesen International, Mark Van Tine and our own Chairman, Michael Bridge. The quality of the speakers was very strong across the two days. In addition delegate numbers were up on last year which is a positive sign given the difficult year many members have experienced. The trade exhibitors, in general, reported significant interest in their products.
