Civil Aviation Training Academy

Mangalore Airport Australia has become an advanced aviation training hub. Our integrated facilities include flight simulators, brand new air conditioned four star "Academy Style" accommodation for domestic and international students, recreation amenities (swimming pool & tennis court), and easy access for the schools to our runways.

Mangalore Airport boasts 2 long sealed runways, 05/23 (2027m x 45m) and 18/36 (1461m x 30m). AVGAS and JET-A1 available.

This facility is ideal for our 32 week "live in" CPL Multi I/R course as well as our 38 week course including ATPL theory. An extensive training area is virtually overhead, and transit times are eliminated.

The General Manager, Captain Keith Wallace, has extensive experience in heavy RPT Training and Checking, as well as simulation. This, combined with the alliance with a highly respected Ab initio training organisation, produces the perfect solution for airlines needing pilots trained in accordance with multi crew disciplines (within the current integrated CPL).
