2009 Convention Dates: 30 September to 02 October 2009
2009 Convention Venue: Hyatt Regency Coolum, Queensland Australia.
The Trade Show is an integral and highly successful part of the
program and runs concurrently in a Pavilion adjacent to the main
meeting room. A dedicated Trade Show timeslot is on the first
morning of the Convention after the official openning. Additionally,
a Cocktail function is planned for Thursday evening. All lunches and
morning/afternoon teas are served inside the Pavilion to increase
exposure.

Trade Show Floor Plan
The Trade Show floor plan includes:

Large central café style seating and stage area

PA system throughout
-
Popular café and juice bar at the rear of the venue.

An Internet Station offering delegates free internet access
The venue is a purpose-built exhibition centre and is fully
carpeted and fully air-conditioned.
Booth positions are allocated to sponsors first and then to
return exhibitors from previous years. Remaining booths are then
allocated on a first in basis.

Booth Details
Each booth is 3 m x 3 m (max. 2.4 high) and includes:
- Velcro compatible frontrunner panels
- Two spotlights
- Standard power supply
- Standard signage
- Fully carpeted

Pyramid Displays
Pyramid Displays is our exhibition supplier and offer a wide
range of upgrades. Details and costs will be forwarded once your
participation has been confirmed.
Staging Connections
Staging Connections is the Hyatt’s in-house audio-visual
supplier. They offer audio-visual hire and communications
services such as internet access. For assistance please contact
Michael Williams, Technical Event Manager on 07 5446 3883.
Please note that due to the size of the venue and to the
popularity of the exhibition stand availability is extremely
limited.
To avoid disapointment your early confirmation and payment is
recommended. Booths can not be reserved
without full payment.
