Worland Aviation is the one stop shop for aircraft painting and maintenance servicing all aircraft up to a B737 and A320 size. Worland Aviation occupies two state of the art hangars as part of the Townsville Airport Northern Australian Aerospace Centre of Excellence (NAACEX) complex at address Hangars 3 and 4, Mustang Court, Townsville Airport, Garbutt, QLD, 4814. The company was founded in Victoria in 1989 as an aircraft maintenance and paint facility. The business expanded and moved to Albury in 1993 where it operated successfully until moving again in 2007 to Townsville North Queensland. Two new hangars have been allocated to Worland Aviation with one dedicated to aircraft refinishing and the second has been opened to expand the aircraft maintenance repair and overhaul side of the business. Our way of conducting business includes engaging the customer at every level and we encourage a healthy working relationship to develop. Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Worland Aviation is a specialist provider of commercial and general aviation aircraft maintenance which includes SAAB 340, Bombardier DHC-8-100/200/300, Hawker Beechcraft 1900D and the King Air series of aircraft. Worland Aviation has a reputation built on quality since 1989. At Worland Aviation our aim is to refinish your aircraft to an 'As New' state. In fact, using the latest technology, equipment and materials, we can achieve a standard even better than factory finish. We are conscious the quality of work we produce today is essential to your satisfaction and the future of Worland Aviation. That is why our quality control ensures that every step involved in the stripping and repainting of your aircraft is carried out with exacting care and precision. The Worland Aviation hangar can house aircraft up to a 737-900 and Airbus A320. All aircraft preparation and painting is carried out inside the hanger in a clean, dry, dust free, environment to ensure a quality finish. Environmental and Regulatory compliance Worland Aviation holds a CASA Certificate of Approval C1366. This designated spray painting hangar located at Townsville Airport is fully compliant with all safety principles and requirements of AS/NZs4I 14, AS/NZs 2381.1 and the hazardous area requirements contained in AS/NZs3000-2000.
